REUZEit Circular Asset Management platform for life science equipment Temecula, CA $14.4M revenue (2025), $16M run-rate (2026) seeking bridge partner, searcher as CEO, or full transition The business REUZEit runs recovery, resale and reuse programs for laboratory equipment on behalf of large pharmaceutical, biotech and diagnostics companies. Clients place excess equipment under management; REUZEit's platform identifies, values, moves, reconditions, stores and resells it, and returns a share of proceeds to the client. Founded in 2010 by two brothers, the company has fifteen years of operating history, more than 10 million pounds of equipment diverted from landfill, and enterprise relationships that most competitors would need a decade to build. Revenue is a mix of equipment sales (about 40 percent) and program, project, pickup, storage and logistics services (about 60 percent), with services revenue tied to multi-year client programs. Why it's attractive Blue-chip, sticky customer base: enterprise clients with recurring program revenue and high switching costs Real assets and infrastructure: four operating locations, a trained team of about 30, and a proprietary AI-assisted ERP and marketplace platform (capitalized at $1.6M) that handles intake, identification, valuation, listing, compliance and settlement Clean books: separate QuickBooks entities for the US, UK and Netherlands operations, monthly consolidated management accounts, and a formula-driven pro forma that separates the platform company and owner-related items from core operations Registered trademarks (REUZEit and Circular Asset Management) and a defensible position in a market with no scaled national competitor Mission with measurable impact, which matters to the enterprise sustainability teams that sign these programs The growth story To date, every dollar of equipment has had to pass through REUZEit's own warehouses and staff, so growth has tracked fixed costs. The platform has now been productized so independent equipment resellers can operate on it as partners: they bring their own warehouses, staff and regions, and REUZEit brings the enterprise equipment flow they cannot reach alone. Six partner locations and seven Keystone client accounts are live. Management's five-year model takes equipment under management from $30M to close to $1B, revenue to $183M and operating margin to 40 percent as capacity scales with partner count rather than headcountredactedwas an investment year (platform and partner model build-out); the 2026 run-rate is back at breakeven with the cost base already in place. What we're looking for A financial partner, and potentially an operating partner, to fund a bridge: stabilize the operation, invest in the people already here, and let the partner network run. The founders are open to staying on to lead the platform and client relationships, to a searcher taking the CEO seat, or to a full transition. We'd rather find the right partner than the highest bidder.
