Searchers in China: How are you preparing for potential US tariffs? With a Trump administration possibly reinstating stricter trade policies, would you consider partnering with US-based search funds to navigate these challenges?

Depends on your vantage point... threat for some, opportunity for others. I have been engaged in cross-border businesses and trade for much of my career, and I am seeing different impact for different players. Happy to discuss offline or here if you have a specific question. Best

I doubt there are many searchers in China due to many institutional voids for ETA, and the challenge/restriction of foreign currency exchange in China. If you know differently, I would love to hear. On the tariff side, we know from Trump's first term that it has some impact on firms in China but not much. talking to business owners in China, I learned that minor tariff in 2nd term will not be a big issue either. However, the Trump administration does create this sentiment about boycotting products from China and supporting U.S. made products. I think that's an opportunity.
