Does anyone have experience acquiring childcare centres in Australia? Would love to connect on what works/ what doesn’t work, what’s the best way to engage with owners etc. Thanks in advance - looking to explore a roll-up play.

Hey. Although I don't have that background, the centre my daughter used to go to was acquired by someone who sounds like they have a search mindset. The prior owner had interest from many buyers but the reason they sold to this person was because he showed a real genuine interest in childcare having done the training. I suspect talk of roll-up would not go down too well.
