I’m hiring a Chief of Staff for my growing GovTech company gWorks. My client base has grown nearly 10x in the past five years, I’ve gone from 17 to 50+ employees, I’ve completed three acquisitions, and we are determined to become the premier GovTech company in our space.

What does that all mean? I have more to do then I get can get done, and my VPs are focused on their departments’ success.

So, I’m seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Chief of Staff who will be my right hand and will drive a diverse range of activities to support both me and the growth of gWorks. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring Searcher who wants to experience up close what it takes to operate a growth-stage company before jumping into a Search.

If you’re interested, please apply through the LinkedIn posting. This role is in Omaha, Nebraska (no remotes). This role is a full-time position that I want to fill soon. I understand from the interwebs that the average CoS tenure is 12 months. It’s negotiable, but that is my expectation.

I look forward to hearing from you.
