The purpose of the Chief of Staff (COS) is to enable the CEO and the executive team to make better decisions, faster. In doing so, the COS will be responsible for the management of initiatives which are of high priority to the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board. This shall include leading strategic assessments, seeing company-wide projects to completion, and assisting the CEO with the day-to-day activities associated with running a growing, mid-sized business.
