Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with M&A Experience

FREE FOUNDER EQUITY WILL BE PROVIDED We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over 20 years of M&A experience to join our company. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will be responsible for driving the financial strategy and operations of the company, as well as leading and managing the M&A activities. Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization Lead and manage the company's M&A activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and other financial partners Collaborate with other members of the executive team to develop and execute the overall strategy and vision for the company Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Over 20 years of experience in finance, with a focus on M&A and corporate finance Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience leading and managing M&A activities from deal sourcing to integration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others If you are an experienced CFO with over 20 years of M&A experience and are looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and growing company, we encourage you to apply.
