Free, first-time Chicago ETA meetup. Format is simple: quick intro, a concise breakdown of Aslam Capital (focus areas, current pipeline), what we’re seeing across deals/lenders/sellers right now, then open networking. Agenda (45–60 min) • Welcome (5 min) • Aslam Capital snapshot (10–15 min) • What we’re seeing: valuation bands, lender appetite/terms, seller expectations, red flags (10–15 min) • Open networking (20–25 min) Who should come: Self-funded searchers, independent sponsors, operators, lenders/BDOs, brokers, and LPs. Ground rules: No selling or pitches. Buy your own food/drink from the vendors. We’ll cluster a few communal tables and leave the area as we found it. Meet point: Level 6 “Bar & Study,” sofas by the Michigan Ave windows. If Level 6 is full, we’ll move to Level 5 communal tables.
