Some of the sites I used (not necessarily only Chicago), but usually had deal flow: calder capital, generational equity, transworld intl, Sun Acquisitions.

I’ve also come across Calder, Generational Equity, and Sun Acquisitions in the Midwest. Sometimes what I’ve found helpful is cross-checking brokers’ deal flow on BizBuySell or Axial to see if they’re active in the <$5M range
