I would like to offer anyone interested in seeing the value and potential of an acquisition target to get a free Discovery report. Using algorithms from my alma mater, MIT, it assesses a company in 18 areas of market and operations. It takes less than 15 minutes to complete and will give you insights to the opportunities and challenges of that specific acquisition. If you want to learn more, schedule a 15 minute call with me at https://calendly.com/paul-ba.Or, if you are anxious to get started, head on over to Discover the CoreValue of YOUR Business

As I expected, the 18 drivers carry over to any business, anywhere. So, too, the CoreValue® rating. Keep in mind, the rating is not a true valuation. The rating is given in US Dollars only. It is being used in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. There are over 10,000 comparables used today, most of which are in the USA, and a limited number are from the EU. Let's give it a try.

I'm checking for a complete answer. The 18 drivers such as the information on growth, market, revenue, barriers, operations, HR, etc. will apply to any business anywhere in my opinion. Since one of the inputs is specifying the industry with an NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code, there may be an issue with European comparables.
