This course was create by a self-funded searcher named Ryan Kulp. He is a great operator and has bought several Shopify businesses. I've noticed several people ask questions about micro software and e-commerce deals in the past.
I found his course to be very helpful to breakdown the software acquisition process, from deal sourcing to managing teams.
He's very active on Twitter and launched his course last year. Personally, I was initially hesitant but it turned out to be great material that he continuously updates.

Also, check out his main business, Fomo (https://fomo.com/), if you have an online business! It has a great story behind it.
P.S. Please comment other material you've used to help with deal sourcing. Thanks!
