A few weeks ago I connected with a business owner who runs a waste disposal and compaction company. He was drowning in a sea of whatsapp messages, emails and texts from existing and potential clients. The messages were about different jobs, schedules and invoices and the entire business was being managed on the Jobber CRM. So this meant every time he got a text like "Hey, are we still on for 4pm tomorrow", he would have to look up which of his clients was texting him, what were any invoices and jobs associated with the client and then craft a response after having clicked through at least 3 different screens.
