Charter Bus Compliance

Hi All, Completed my first acquisition last week, and I am working on the compliance piece, so I can start accepting charters. Does anyone have experience in getting all of that buttoned up? Ideally in Texas. I have done most of it, but I keep getting calls from people trying to get me to pay to get in compliance, so while I am not going to do that, I would love to find a mentor to help me ensure I haven't missed anything!

I used to run a drug testing company that helped with FMCSA compliance. Depending on the size of your buses and if your drivers fall under DOT regs there are several things you would need to get set up. Happy to chat if helpful.
