What different ways one can sell their stake in business especially when SBA is involved ? I have a large stake in business with other partners who are minority stake. I am looking to sell my stake and retire or do something else with my life, we are empty nesters now,

How does valuation works when selling to partners vs selling outside to a 3rd party ?

There is SBA loan, so how and when lender should be notified of change in ownership ?
