CevantAI interrogates a data room across all documents simultaneously, hunting for cross-document contradictions that each document hides individually but reveals when read against another source - hidden customer concentration, working capital timing gaps, change-of-control clauses buried in contracts. The output is a structured findings report covering financials, commercial, legal, and operations, delivered in 24–48 hours. We built the platform with the search fund context in mind. Seller-prepared data rooms for owner-managed businesses are structurally different from institutional data rooms - informal accounting, documents prepared to support a valuation rather than expose a risk, and a single decision-maker. That's exactly where cross-document interrogation matters most and where the cost of a traditional QoE is hard to justify.
