CEO/Operating Partner - Las Vegas

We purchased a business about 7 months ago. It is a 30 year old enduringly profitable business. It has amazing reviews and reputation in the local market. We would like to bring on a strong operator who can standardize and build repeatable processes so that we can focus on scaling, acquiring, and adding on additional locations throughout the US. The Business: 1. $~7 MM Rev 2. $~2MM EBITDA 3. ~100 Employees 4. Family Entertainment Business (Go Karts, Amusement Rides, Arcade, F&B) 5. Customers are locals, tourists, corporate events 6. This business does WELL in down economies What we are looking for in an operator: 1. Customers and Safety First – We are in the business of selling FUN. We need someone who can create amazing guest experiences, engage & motivate employees, and ensure that safety practices are consistently applied. You should have experience doing this. 2. System driven - You will need to identify opportunities and create repeatable, scalable systems and guardrails to drive process improvement and adherence. We plan to scale and grow locations and will need to transfer and duplicate these systems and processes to others. 3. Local - I need someone who lives in Las Vegas or is willing to move to Las Vegas 4. Personality and Ownership - You will need to deal well with ambiguity. You will not be given an operational manual to follow, you will get to create it! You will need to do things that have not been done before in the business, and not be constrained by the way things have always been done. You will enjoy the ownership that comes along with being the General Manager or CEO of the location and all of the benefits and challenges that come along with that responsibility.
