CEO (United States)

We have partnered with a PE firm to find and hire a CEO to merge 3 separate companies. The CEO of each company is retiring, but will stay on in a Chairman role, so you can't be the type to come in and impose all your ideas right away. There will be a GM of each business that will report to you so you will be less involved in the day-to-day of each and will be more strategic. Combined revenues are around $20M and each business is profitable although not all are growing. You should be a former CEO/President/GM with experience in the media and/or live events space with a background in sales. You can be based anywhere on the East Coast but will need to travel 50% or so. Please reach out if interested.
