Wed are is seeking a hands-on, strategically minded CEO to lead the company through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate brings proven experience operating in a private-equity environment, with a track record of scaling multi-unit service businesses, driving operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams. This leader will oversee all aspects of the company’s expansion—marketing, operations, finance, and field execution—while strengthening unit economics and preparing the business for continued growth within a competitive home-services landscape. We are looking for a CEO who is both analytical and execution-driven: someone who can confidently manage a P&L, deploy capital with discipline, and introduce systems that match the rigor expected by private-equity partners. Experience in franchising, route-based or subscription-based services, and customer-centric operations is strongly preferred. This role is designed for an operator who can implement playbooks, scale processes, and position Mosquito Joe as a standout asset ready for long-term value creation. We are an establshed franchise and have the opportunity to purchase adjacent franchisees. About to execute an LOI and funding is secured.
