^redacted‌ Thanks for the tag! Nicole, we're not a traditional CEO-in-training model. We're closer to a partnered/accelerated search. While we will offer training, CEO coaching, etc, our bread and butter is partnering with you throughout the search process, like you would in a traditional partnered search. Halstatt Legacy Partners does not have a formal program, but we often hire CxO's or other senior leaders at our acquired companies. We actually have 2 senior level positions open right now within our portfolio. One is for more of a COO type role in Richmond, VA and the other is leading strategy & client solutions in Atlanta.
