Could you be Lily Bird's new CEO? We're looking for a new CEO to lead Lily Bird through its next phase. We are open to a variety of deal structures (e.g. either an acquisition or for us to retain some equity going forward). ABOUT THE COMPANY Lily Bird is focused on women in midlife and beyond. As a premium, customer-focused brand, we offer 5 product lines that women don't want to buy in the store, specifically products for bladder leaks. 1 in 3 women experience bladder leaks but only 1 in 10 use products for the issue due to embarrassment. We're working to smash the stigmas and taboos surrounding the female body and to empower women to be able to live their best lives. The opportunity is enormous. Lily Bird has grown a lot over the past few years but we still have immense potential ahead of us. We have great gross margins, lots of customers who love our products, and the ability to ship across the US in 3 days. Our net margins are negative, however, given our focus on growth. As a subscription business we acquire customers upfront and get paid back over time. Thanks to our robust predictive financial model, we know exactly what levers are most important for the business and where your focus as the new CEO will need to be. One is to scale up. The second is to dramatically increase our product catalog and cross sell so that we add "more stuff" to the shipments already going out the door. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Someone who… * Has###-###-#### years of work experience (an MBA is nice-to-have) * Is extremely entrepreneurial and energetic (e.g. prior experience in early stage startups) * Takes a customer-first / customer-centric approach * Can deeply understand our customers (women 50-80) * Is an excellent people leader and culture steward * Is comfortable with the bulk of their compensation coming from equity. This is something that can be adjusted after a capital raise. NICE TO HAVE: * Prior CPG product development and/or launch experience * Prior ecommerce/DTC experience * Prior digital marketing experience Know anyone who might fit the bill? Or perhaps you’re the right person yourself? Shoot me a note and let’s chat.

Hi Sydney, it looks like you've put a lot of thought into this role and it's responsibilities. The eCommerce space has been very compelling, especially lately. Have you considered a dedicated search for your CEO? I'd be interested to learn more about the company, role and what you are aiming for. Send me an email if you are interested in discussing more. redacted
