Abbey Road Capital is seeking a CEO for its portfolio company Convert IT Marketing, or "CIT" (www.convertitmarketing.com). CIT is a leading digital marketing company in the legal vertical. The ARC vision is to double or triple the size of CIT over the next 3-5 years through a combination of additional M&A in the category as well as an aggressive organic growth plan including: scaling existing sales investment, expanding into new sales channels, further broadening the product/service offering to the legal customer base, and expanding into other verticals. The ideal candidate has a solid sales and marketing / GTM expertise specifically in digital marketing, inside sales and channel partner development. Experience in B2B / SMB is a big plus###-###-#### + years in general management, strategy, corporate development and / or business consulting role required. Responsibilities will include: developing and delivering on strategic and financial plans; building, leading and motivating a high-performance organization; and overseeing all operations and business activities of CIT, including sales, marketing, customer success, finance, product development and fulfillment.
