From our perspective at Rookwood Partners, a post-covid trend thats been really interesting to watch, is the gap widening between those retail businesses that adapted well digitally and those that haven't, throughout###-###-#### As we've continued to search across the mid-Atlantic for non-anchor retail centers to buy, we've found the ones that are the most distressed have failed to integrate the omni-channel services customers expect in a post-covid world.

Thanks Jeff. I've also seen an interesting change in entertainment industry, nowadays people recovered the interest in table games, but those still require the presence of the other players, In addition, I feel that current online games (excluding gaming consoles) can't offer a real experience of joy with friends/family, there's an opportunity to create new ways to enjoy some time with them
