Thanks for sharing the Yale case. Ive been looking for case studies to review other than podcasts. I am more specifically interested in the buy side teaser/CIM review and how somebody thinks about it (more than just pull something up on BizBuySell and determine its not a good company). Anybody know where that sort of review/knowledge sharing would be stored?
