Hi all,
Any advice for raising capital for smaller self-funded deals? I have enough to cover basic diligence costs BUT the main thing holding me back is access to capital. I am thinking of going larger as an independent sponsor because I may not qualify for SBA (no assets for collateral). Have great operator experiences.
