Capital Raise for a Long-Term Hold Co

Posting this as a deal - I am exploring a capital raise for the creation of a long-term hold co in the TIC (testing, inspection and certification) space. I have been in this space for 12 years and currently own a small distribution business which will act as 'platform' #1. I am now speaking to multiple testing service companies and moving to LOI with the intention of testing/services to be platform #2. From there, continue to grow and acquire add-ons as well as explore additional platforms. Structured to be North American wide.
