Hi, are there any capital providers who would be interested to fund an independent sponsor on an upcoming opportunity in the consumer dry food segment. The business has a T/O of C$15-20mm with ebitda >$1mm. No issue with LOI as the principal is a friend. I thought it would be appropriate to begin work on the funding leg. Would appreciate suggestions of suitable capital providers or thoughts on the process.
