We can provide both debt and equity capital.

On the debt side we have the most value-add in the subordinate position and look for EBITDA in the $800K plus range. However, we will absolutely underwrite to a good growth/turnaround story! There's no required LTV/PGs and long interest only/amort periods due to the flexibility of the program we work through.
