I have seen that in the self funded side, the typical structure is 80% SBA, 10% seller note and 10% equity. This works when deal size is less than $8M.
How does this work when deal size is $14M? How to find equity partners that can inject funds of $10M?

Deal structure is highly variable. SBA now allows seller notes to offset ALL of the equity from borrower. And yes, you can of course do a $14MM deal with $10MM in equity and $4MM in debt. I have help you structure deals if you hit me up at redacted
