Capital for Real Estate Acquisitions

Hello,

Exploring purchasing some real estate assets and wanted to know if there were any good lenders for this outside of SBA 504. I don’t want to use SBA 504 as I would like to preserve the rest of the SBA 7a lending availability that I have.

There are a lot of different options for buying real estate outside of SBA options. Some of the options depend on whether or not the property will be owner-occupied by your business or not. how quickly are you looking to add on 7A loans? The 504 only counts against the SBA portion of the dealredacted%). The 7A would only have a 3 year prepayredactedif you wanted to go that route. These would allow you to preserve capital and then you could refinance when you are ready to make a move with the 7A on another deal(s). If conventional is the only route you are interested in pursuing, it would help if you had a relative loan size and geography since a lot of conventional loans can be done at the local level.
