Canadian Acquisition Financing

Hi all, does anyone have any suggestions about sources of acquisition financing for Canadian companies? I found a fantastic company in Toronto (1.8 mm CAD EBITDA) and so far have observed that it is not of interest to US-focused search fund investors, too big for Canadian SBA-equivalent programs (Searchfunder member
