Canada Sale Leasebacks

Hi Everyone,

I have a transaction where the owner is looking to sell the business and the property.

I am wondering if anyone would be interested in acquiring the building while I acquire the business? This will give us flexibility on the rent.

alternatively, does anyone know any Sale and Leaseback companies in Canada for smaller commercial properties? ($500k to $2m).
