Looking for a Phase 1 "lite" to be completed before acquiring a small manufacturing /assembly plant and would like to find an individual with experience in this area to flag potential issues and remedies.

Really depends where the property is. Consider Ramboll US or Geosyntec....two larger firms we are dealing with right now.
