Can one verify (at no cost) age of Seller to gauge proximity to retirement?

They have little to no LinkedIn profile, so I can't estimate age that way.  Looking up the corporate entity allows you verify when the business was established, but not the Seller's age.  Any other ways?

Find out their address and use a quick and cheap online search.

You could ask the seller when he or she plans to retire for the most accurate estimate since some people choose to work into old age even if they don’t have to.
