Can anyone with Amazon FBA experience help me understand the process

I already have the consumer/business product to be sold( lump charcoal for grills and Kamados). I want to utilize the Amazon FBA. I want to learn from the people who already have experience in this space on the pros/cons and how to.

When I did some research in this space, there were some good resources offered by sales enablement platforms like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Zonguru to help navigate Amazon Sales and FBA. I have seen several people struggle with Amazon rules, not being able to navigate the platform, and you are asking the right question.
