Can anyone recommend private credit lenders?

Hi all - I am working a services business (no material assets as leverage) with about $500K in SDE and will need to use some cashflow in year 1-2 for expansion/ops optimization. We agree an earnout will align all parties (and don't want to put as much debt on the deal), but since that isn't allowed by the SBA, have been trying alternative lenders. I've tried reaching out to WellsFargo, Silverview, and Main Street Bank all saying the deal is too small. We only need about 1 turn of leverage ($500K loan). Any intros / tags / thoughts around who might be able to fill the gap would be appreciated.
