Can anyone recommend lenders to finance an acquisition?

TL;DR: I'm taking the next step in my journey and looking to identify lenders who can fund business acquisitions using either SBA or traditional commercial sources. Additional Detail: - Looking at service and SaaS businesses - Targeting deal size under $5M (Can do up to $5M with SBA; commercial depends on deal structure and terms) - Ideally want owner earn-out over three year window or seller financing over 3 to 5 years, so need lender that is comfortable with owner financing as part of deal structure I appreciate any guidance here.
