I’ve identified some profitable food and beverage manufacturing for acquisition that I could increase efficiencies based on my operational and R&D background. Need to speak to investors about the opportunities and my background.

No, I’ve gotten teaser info and financial books. I found the companies last week with schedules to discuss in more detail tomorrow with the brokers. My goal is to visit the companies to take a look at manufacturing assets and take a deeper dive with the owners of the companies in the next week or so.

I wanted to have conversations with PE firms to secure funding before I went into contracts.

Do you recommend a different approach?
