I'm seeking lenders for a transaction in California EV $30-80M who are accommodative on deal structure and pro-active in approach.
Looking at several companies in this range all meeting search fund criteria (except perhaps scale); long-established, consistently profitable, defensive sectors, strong management teams, market position, owner incentivized to continue post-sale.
Can anyone recommend good lenders for loan size $30-80M?
