Can anyone recommend CPAs due diligence on an ecommerce businesses?

I have found an ecommerce business I am planning to submit an LOI tomorrow.  Honestly financial due diligence is weakest point so I will need as much help as I can get in that department.  Thank you for the help.

Most eccom, especially drop ship eccom biz 's are super simple. They usually have very few income statement lines items and even fewer balance sheet items. Im in LOI stage on an eccom biz note and I plan to do the DD myself
