Can anyone recommend an accounting firm that can perform QoEs?

Hi all, 

I'm almost at the stage of executing an LOI with a seller that I've been working with. In anticipate of the execution of the LOI this week, I'd like to the Company to go through a QoE. Does anyone have recommendations of accounting firms they've work with or has heard great things about for SMBs? The size of this company is ~ $10M rev, ~1.3m EBITDA. Many thanks!!

Thanks all for the recommendations!!! There are a few people that I will start to reach out to, but to better help shortlist the number of firms I will speak to, it would be great if you can mention whether you have experience with QoE for healthcare service companies. The contemplated acquisition is in the business of concierge IV drip/hydration/telemedicine.
