Hello all, We are exploring different outcomes for our care home acquisition deal and want to invite different eyes and offers. Would anyone have a private lender to recommend. Willing to help finance an acquisition in the UK?

Any commercial mortgage broker - there are many in the UK - will very likely be able to help. You could also try crowdfunding platforms - there are quite a few in the UK. You may need to split the acquisition into a "Propco" (that can ge5 a commercial mortgage loan) and an Opco that operates the business (and pays rent to the Propco).
