I know the question is about search funds and not sure how the legal costs or size of the transaction affects which law firms mentioned here can be used but, for the benefit of self-funded searchers out there, I'd like to mention a firm that worked with a self-funded searcher. John Andrews from JMW Solicitors helped someone I've spoken to acquire a business. Don't know the transaction size but the business in question for this deal was mid-six figures in EBITDA.
