Eden, look into contacting the local SBDC office in Los Angeles. redacted . They work with dozens of SBA lenders in every area and may have local SBA lender or non-name brand regional sba lender that would love your deal. They'd connect you with the one who likes your types of deals instead of trying to fit the loan model of a particular type of bank. No charge to work with them as they are funded by SBA and State Gov. if you need a contact I know the Director their.
