Can anyone recommend a CPA/Attorney for a holdco in Washington State?

I set up my initial entity structure myself and want experienced eyes on it before things scale. Washington based Operating company + holding company Early stage but planning acquisitions and LP investments Own assets in multiple states Real estate involved My spouse and I both have high W2 income and equity compensation Not looking for entity formation services — looking for a tax strategist CPA and attorney who can review, identify risks, and recommend improvements before growth adds complexity. Ideally someone who works with acquisition entrepreneurs/searchers and understands multi-state issues. Appreciate referrals from people who have actually used them.
