You have a good exemple to follow in the exhibits of the Stanford's Primer. It's the basis that I'm using to draft mine. This being said, the structure it's quite repetitive at certain areas, so you might want to be "slightly creative" to make it more straight to the point while respecting the overall information that it covers.
