Can anyone help with structuring COO/CFO roles & comp?
Hi all - Looking to structure a COO role & comp and possibly a CFO/fCFO role for a service-oriented SMB ($10-15MM Revenue). Trying to get an idea of a realistic base salary + bonus per certain benchmarks and phantom equity, then eventually equity. Does anyone have experience, examples, or a framework they can share?
