Recently established two LLCs with a pending third one. Can anyone offer any pro-bono consultation on how to properly structure my LLC's with proper language in the Operating Agreements?

Depending on complexity and partnership dynamics you can likely use a template. No clue what your working on but don't over complicate it. State filing and items like that can be affected depedning on the long term plan or trajectory of the business
