Well-qualified sponsor looking for introductions that can provide conventional debt financing for two franchising projects. Project 1: $4M acquisition of a franchise portfolio in a high-quality brand where the sponsor has 10+ years of large multi-unit experience. Project 2: Multi-unit development agreement in an emerging brand with strong unit economics. Total project cost over multiple years is about $10M, which would be funded through sponsor equity injection, debt, and cash flow.

Hi Anon - nice to meet you. We have a lot of experiencing financing franchises. We would be happy to review this deal and work out the best structure to get this done. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. You can email me directly at redacted or schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/francodeguzman/30min. Look forward to chatting!

This is in my wheelhouse. We handle non-SBA financing for multi-unit franchise M&A and development, including conventional bank and private credit solutions for experienced sponsors. If you want a single point of contact to structure and execute both projects, I'd be happy to connect.
