Can anyone help with Industrial Stack Testing or Environmental Services?

I'm looking at an opportunity to acquire a small regional stack testing company that would need to be a part of a broader roll-up or bolt-on strategy given its small size, but it could be a great first step. I am new to the stack testing industry and have already interviewed the current owner, as well as conducted my own industry research. Now I'm looking to connect from others who are already in the industry for an informed, third-party opinion besides the current owner, who is, of course, very optimistic about the company's future... I would greatly appreciate any introductions or advice you all can share.

Cole. I am one of the early pioneers in what is now the "environmental industry". I built the largest US enviro firm in the '80s, etc, etc. So, have acquired several enviro firms over the years. Would be happy to talk to you and share what I can with you in your plan. redacted

I don't have a ton of existing industry experience but have spent a lot of time across broader industrial / commercial / resi services.
