Can anyone help with Equipment Distribution?

I’m evaluating a potential acquisition in the equipment distribution / authorized machinery reseller space and would really value some outside perspectives.
The business has been around for a long time, carries well-known brands, and generates steady, service-driven recurring revenue from an established customer base. It’s primarily a regional distributor with some light service/maintenance work and strong historical financials.
I don’t want to post specifics here, but if you have experience with:
