Can anyone help with deal modeling?

Hi - I'm looking for some help with high-level modeling to determine if I make an offer on a company. I think I have a decent starting point, but just looking for someone for 1-2 hours to support, gut check, etc. Ideally you have experience / knowledge of SBA funding. Will pay!
